SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout.
